Welcomes the substantial expenditure savings achieved by the External Action Service in 2012, and the continuation of this trend in 2013 as projected in the Estimates; takes the view, in this context, that while the phasing-in of the Service can justify an expenditure increase proportionally greater than that fo
reseen by the other Institutions, questions remain regarding the high number of costly management positions at high grade levels; calls, therefore, on the EEAS to provide additional information, in particular as regards the significant increase (+9.2 %) in AD 14 posts pr
