Le proposte riguardano non soltanto i partiti politici europei, ma anche le loro fondazioni richiedendo, elemento importante, uno status giuridico, politico e fiscale per i partiti europei entro il quadro e sotto l’egida, come è ovvio, dello statuto giuridico europeo e delle norme europee in generale.
