3. Ai fini del presente regolamento, la situazione del minore che accompagna il richiedente asilo e risponde alla definizione di familiare ai sensi dell’articolo 2, lettera i), è indissociabile da quella del genitore o tutore e rientra nella competenza dello Stato membro competente per l’esame della domanda d’asilo di protezione internazionale del suddetto genitore o tutore, anche se il minore non è personalmente un richiedente asilo , purché ciò sia nel suo interesse prevalente.
