Abbiamo un edificio a Strasburgo che viene usato soltanto per 12 settimane all’anno e continua a emettere CO2 , oltre a sprecare energica, quando non siamo lì, un edificio a Lussemburgo nel quale i parlamentari non vanno mai (e stiamo costruendo un altro edificio a Lussemburgo) e questa Camera a Bruxelles.
