Il CESE prende atto del Global Report on living and being included in the community (6), realizzato da Inclusion International, in cui si afferma che alle persone con disabilità intellettuali sono negati i diritti di base in materia di accessibilità, come il possesso delle chiavi di casa, il diritto di accedere ai servizi commerciali, il diritto di decidere dove fare una passeggiata o di andare al parco giochi con i compagni di scuola.
Het EESC neemt nota van het door Inclusion International opgestelde rapport „Global Report on living and being included in the community (6)”, waarin erop wordt gewezen dat aan mensen met intellectuele handicaps basisrechten op toegankelijkheid worden ontkend, zoals het bezitten van huissleutels, het recht op toegang tot commerciële diensten, het recht om zelf te beslissen waar een wandeling te maken of het recht om met medestudenten naar een speelterrein te gaan.
