La conclusione alla quale si è giunti è che le importazioni oggetto di dumping hanno arrecato un pregiudizio notevole all'industria comunitaria in particolare per quanto riguarda i seguenti aspetti: - La quota di mercato conquistata dai cinque paesi interessati durante il periodo dell'inchiesta è passata dal 9,9% nel 1989 al 19,6% nel 1991/92; nel frattempo, sebbene il mercato fosse in espansione, la quota di mercato dell'industria comunitaria si è ridotta dal 36 al 28%.
